Erica is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Since earning a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois in 1993, she has focused on counseling women, families, and couples in a private counseling practice, as well as working at the Minirth-Meier New Life Clinic and Peace River Center.
Her experience includes counseling for relationship/marriage issues, issues of stress for couples in ministry, self-image issues, parenting issues, adoption issues, healing from abuse & trauma, depression, anxiety, culture shock, and burnout. She uses biblically-based counseling principles to help people find healing, restoration, and freedom to live life to the fullest.
Erica and her husband have been married for over 28 years and have two adult children. Erica worked alongside her husband in ministry for 10 years in the USA as a pastor’s wife. She and her family lived in Northern Asia from 2003-2019. She has taught counseling principles in the US, Northern Asia, Mongolia, Russia, and the Philippines. In her free time, she enjoys playing with the family dog, Luna, trying new Asian food recipes, and traveling with her family.
